Some Ohio Legislators Are Pushing Black-out BeerSome of Ohio's legislators are pushing House Bill 68 which would increase Ohio's allowable alcohol by volume from 12% to 21%. When compared to the typical and average beers we drink on a regular basis a beer with 21% alcohol will increase the effects of alcohol in a very short period of time. High ABV Black-out beer poses dangers to young people who engage in binge drinking. Some argue that just one black-out beer is comparable to "binge" drinking with our average light beer. Learn More

In the last several years a number of bills have passed making positive changes and improving our ability to make decisions to partake or not in enhanced entertainment options.
